Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a large mason jar. To make oatmeal, warm in microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  2. Remember it takes time for your body to not crave sugar. You can start off adding the sweeteners (honey and maple syrup) but try to make it your end goal to not add sweetener. Over time your tastebuds will adjust to enjoy the natural sugars in foods and you will not crave further sweetness.
