Instructions
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave save bowl for about one minute. Stir halfway through to distribute the heat. The chips should be melted, not burnt, so this time will vary based on your appliance.
Chop the fresh mint in a food chopper until fine.
Mix the chopped mint into the melted chocolate.
With a teaspoon, smoothe out half dollar sized dollops of the mint chocolate onto a piece of wax paper placed on a baking sheet.
Freeze the dollops in the freezer. These freeze quickly so 10 minutes is all you need.
